COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 20V4260 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Scanivalve product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 2GU41020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PGN3001370105 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSD24CMK4 by Manufacturer Scanivalve as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 21VD040A3AYNANC0CNA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as SFD212MG4WD07 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 071001A0X0X0X860001 made by Sel as well as the popular ATV212HD15N4 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2SR21200 by Reliance and SFD212MG4WD07 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV61WD18N4U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
