COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 1SU20002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sankyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the 20BA100FFWK52 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D0652DC024SS054ACAN00 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PY1A100N0XXXC00MC1KU100V by Manufacturer Sankyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Samsung Brand CSD01BB1P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV61WU55N4U equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SA500 made by Reliance as well as the popular PY0A100H0P5DS01 original spares produced by Sankyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES7271 by Saftronics and ATV61WU55N4U spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 27BA050FXT33C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
