COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 150WR4012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rs20-0400m2m2sdaphc02.0.03 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 81461008146100G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV71HU40N4Z manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS200400M2M2SDAPHC02003 by Manufacturer Rs20-0400m2m2sdaphc02.0.03 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 20G11FD022AA0NNNNNPLC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as LXM05AD14N4BSH0703M31A1A equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 574074F made by Reliance as well as the popular MDD065DN060N2M095GA0 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV312HD11N4 by Schneider and LXM05AD14N4BSH0703M31A1A spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
