COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 10250049-PF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bison products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Charmilles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bison such as the 0161750025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 259044 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8525330 by Manufacturer Charmilles as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-Craft Brand 065000072 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gast such as 1023101QG2795K49MN4012 equipment made by Gast have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gast products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gast" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10360053 made by Weg as well as the popular 10187C4339 original spares produced by Paper-Converting-Machine-Company Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0054SDSR42AP by Toshiba and 1023101QG2795K49MN4012 spares by Gast are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 025054131 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub-City. |
