COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 0-58773 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sbc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the CIMRG3U4110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHB3570 manufactured by Sbc and we are pleased to be able to service most Sbc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV630D18N4 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 20AD3P4A0AYNANC0A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as SFD212KG4YD07 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20G11ND096AA0NNNNNA made by Rockwell as well as the popular MHDA1056N00 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCM6 by Saftronics and SFD212KG4YD07 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2098DSD075SEB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rockwell. |
