COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 0-52824 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 2GC51005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40FN4042 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8800DR020SA1N1D1 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 20BD040A0AYNANB0A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sbc such as CHB2550SE equipment made by Sbc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sbc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sbc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV212WU75N4 made by Schneider as well as the popular FN5106634FN5106634 original spares produced by Schaffner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV212WD15N4 by Schneider and CHB2550SE spares by Sbc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PY0A015E0XXYPH1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
