COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 0-51378-19 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HDS042W200NHS7901FW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV312HD11N4 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD093BN040N2M110GA2 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand TSXRKY12EX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rockwell such as 20F11ND027AA0NNNNNA equipment made by Rockwell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rockwell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rockwell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2SR21200 made by Reliance as well as the popular 68BA050VXT2C original spares produced by Sankyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RR76M90A by Robohand and 20F11ND027AA0NNNNNA spares by Rockwell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV71HU30M3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
