COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Red Lion P4810012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinwa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Performance-Feeders product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the S17A673A01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCB6 manufactured by Shinwa and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinwa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PF3R by Manufacturer Performance-Feeders as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand VT5W10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vartech such as TM36536NC equipment made by Vartech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vartech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vartech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SV70101141A4 made by Digital as well as the popular PGGGLOBLPMNT2 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ps502410m09 by Electro-Cam and TM36536NC spares by Vartech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPI3200C2P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
