COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rechner IAS-10-23-S-M22-PTFE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sensotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensa-Tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schmersal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensotec such as the FDWH90501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SensaTronicsS11498 manufactured by Sensa-Tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensa-Tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AZM17002ZRKA by Manufacturer Schmersal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 385020810 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 4001350 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M94316 made by Scientific-Technologies as well as the popular 3051S2CG5A2E11A1A original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Si0004040FN4030033SR010A by Reneshaw and 4001350 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RMT68N11N00N180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
