COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Raytheon 801495-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV61HD11M3X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7CTDM manufactured by Rex and we are pleased to be able to service most Rex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3141ND by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ruland Brand BC2688A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ruland such as FCMR381212SS equipment made by Ruland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ruland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ruland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 413366AH made by Reliance as well as the popular MRV32U03A original spares produced by Rossi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26MHG60DF by Regal-Beloit and FCMR381212SS spares by Ruland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0BFMG16N2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reuland. |
