COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Raytek RAYET3LTSFC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the CLV210A1010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1151GP6E12M1B1 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M40S by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand S14T4C635 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scott such as 5301 equipment made by Scott have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scott products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scott" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RAYMID10LT made by Raytek as well as the popular 4701000 original spares produced by Red-Lion-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S1TG3A2E11A00K6 by Rosemount and 5301 spares by Scott are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3311DS1J1B1E5G1G2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
