COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Raychem ttg-12-nema-13 ttg12 nema13 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rice-Lake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Revere product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice-Lake such as the RL35023SN525K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0068C21C30N095 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP1200K by Manufacturer Revere as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schunk Brand 40301578 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rochester-Instrument-Systems such as UCXAF6 equipment made by Rochester-Instrument-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rochester-Instrument-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rochester-Instrument-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RAYCI1B10L made by Raytek as well as the popular CD0A02A1AH2B2M5E5 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 921DA1P by Semitool and UCXAF6 spares by Rochester-Instrument-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 61130111100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Samson. |
