COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ramsey USP1-2.5-A-S675 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Riken-Keiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rice-Lake product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Riken-Keiki such as the B382272 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPG50 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RL3000025K by Manufacturer Rice-Lake as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand SC650AB00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensaphone such as IMS4200 equipment made by Sensaphone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensaphone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensaphone" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F1RM01 made by Seeka as well as the popular MS4324BR original spares produced by Scientific-Technologies Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S1TG1A by Rosemount and IMS4200 spares by Sensaphone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 02350708000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schaevitz. |
