COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ragonot SB4004M-11112Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mycom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the SA57TDRE90LABE2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RNYMS051430YA200 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS49602A by Manufacturer Mycom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elwood-Gettys Brand S77CE01P010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heidenhain such as QSY155B equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RL2586 made by Saftronics as well as the popular RA6020CPH83150 original spares produced by Bayside Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911307944 by Rexroth and QSY155B spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMM33AMG30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental. |
