COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ragonot SB4004M-11112Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the SA42TDT80K4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S3P175W048G1 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA6020CPH83150 by Manufacturer Bayside as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand S32NR00P010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as PS1306120PPMB3736 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R911276049 made by Rexroth as well as the popular RA22L22L21000R original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM9100TFB by Boston and PS1306120PPMB3736 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R276K0596905N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor. |
