COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Radicon C0631265WANU1- parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eberhard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brevini parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rbc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eberhard such as the CFG00111NPK830200TBS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EC4046MN manufactured by Brevini and we are pleased to be able to service most Brevini systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CS1281 by Manufacturer Rbc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kone Brand EHV2120F100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as CSM370A30HLAB40 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHC100R40180TC made by Aurora as well as the popular D552771 original spares produced by Martin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNHX4090Y15Speed by Sumitomo and CSM370A30HLAB40 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CBN3252SB3U1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Browning. |
