COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the R-quest 100-00026-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safetronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schrader product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the 7210001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC342P2 manufactured by Safetronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Safetronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3DL1P100 by Manufacturer Schrader as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand VG10E1ST34002F1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schumo such as TB0020 equipment made by Schumo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schumo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schumo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EOL2094311 made by Ruetz-Technologies as well as the popular 10FN85362RS3VW1X original spares produced by Sankyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AP2M040XXCT by Sanyo-Denki and TB0020 spares by Schumo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S102001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
