COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Quipp 4148 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rds parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rapistan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 79V9918MJE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RD607 manufactured by Rds and we are pleased to be able to service most Rds systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM24DIQ74 by Manufacturer Rapistan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Radisys Brand EPC5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 719632RJ25 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R35C made by Ramcon as well as the popular LCD100040 original spares produced by Reishauer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAYSHLTCF3 by Raytek and 719632RJ25 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 574301C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance.
