COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Quantis HB483CN56C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hkk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Syncrogear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hkk such as the HKK40SS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MODF334H1178809N manufactured by Syncrogear and we are pleased to be able to service most Syncrogear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KH47DT90L4BMG2HRES1A by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wittenstein Brand LP090M017111000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foote-jones such as HLE1002311 equipment made by Foote-jones have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foote-jones products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foote-jones" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HU120 made by Foote as well as the popular MH015A907220 original spares produced by Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HTD28A by Union and HLE1002311 spares by Foote-jones are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M85712DAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
