COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pyrotenax 920HTC WITH 920KIT MDM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rice-Lake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Revere parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Riken-Keiki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice-Lake such as the RL3000025K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPSMD315KG10P5R manufactured by Revere and we are pleased to be able to service most Revere systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP621A by Manufacturer Riken-Keiki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 10008440 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reotemp such as IH1TAPX12510X equipment made by Reotemp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reotemp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reotemp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available STX25V made by Rjg-Inc as well as the popular RGB25Y00R12 original spares produced by Reneshaw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USP125AS675 by Ramsey and IH1TAPX12510X spares by Reotemp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 398R1021325462 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
