COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pyromation RBF185L483-HT-0304 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rice-Lake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Samsomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Scaime product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice-Lake such as the RLH3525K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 392300700 manufactured by Samsomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Samsomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F60X5C15CH3e3 by Manufacturer Scaime as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rice-Lake Brand RL35082N525KHE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reneshaw such as A9572150201 equipment made by Reneshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reneshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reneshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0068C21C30N095 made by Rosemount as well as the popular MP75TX00 original spares produced by Red-Lion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LG012000A090 by Sensirion and A9572150201 spares by Reneshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RL3000025K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rice-Lake. |
