COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pulsotronic 39912 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Senix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rice-Lake product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Senix such as the OEMBJS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL35023SN52K manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RL1250N5635kg by Manufacturer Rice-Lake as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quadtech Brand 7612770001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Santec such as 342800510A5571 equipment made by Santec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Santec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Santec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2306201 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 4011851875F00 original spares produced by Pyromation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IQ310AFA by Revere and 342800510A5571 spares by Santec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C17372020102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
