COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pulsatronic KJR-D30KN-DPA-V2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rad parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the DT200111A01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UB4620 manufactured by Rad and we are pleased to be able to service most Rad systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TG1A2B11A1ADA2E5M5Q4 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 7001440PSI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensotec such as 4105720104 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSLZ0115031 made by Sick as well as the popular OD5010P850 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TG2A2B21AS1B4Q4Q8Q16M5 by Rosemount and 4105720104 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4041117 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
