COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pte SHRINK DISC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the D34GV112M4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SF47LP56 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 108716100QF by Manufacturer Rexnord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand FA40YU01HBLP560KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reuland such as 0BFME16N2100 equipment made by Reuland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reuland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reuland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 38 made by Ramsey as well as the popular 601RIV original spares produced by Renold

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K87DV132S4 by Sew and 0BFME16N2100 spares by Reuland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 992020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ringfeder.
