COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Psi-tronix DT-420-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reotemp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick-Logic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reotemp such as the IH1TAPX1259X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL60001250 manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QL8X12BOPL68C by Manufacturer Quick-Logic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rice-Lake Brand RLMK410SS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 78N11N00A060T20C3 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XGCS4901201 made by Schneider as well as the popular RAYMI100CB10 original spares produced by Raytek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40013365460 by Rosemount and 78N11N00A060T20C3 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 87245D14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rotork. |
