COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Psi Automation DVA-011 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gettys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ohio-Electric-Motors-Inc. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gettys such as the D015559 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC700IC3600AB12MSCS manufactured by Carlen and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D563213X1866 by Manufacturer Ohio-Electric-Motors-Inc. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C6T17DK7F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as D710 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D150103 made by Westwind as well as the popular CT005504PW original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DAPME04100430045 by Sbb and D710 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CCN6G1UUC64 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln. |
