COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proxitron IKM 070T.38 GS4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pyrotenax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Scientific-Technologies product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the ZBG06002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 920HTCWITH920KITMDM manufactured by Pyrotenax and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyrotenax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 700281544MS4336CAC130X10R by Manufacturer Scientific-Technologies as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sencon Brand 11H37106 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Revere such as USP15K equipment made by Revere have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Revere products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Revere" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3051S2CD2A2B12A1AB4k5M5 made by Rosemount as well as the popular XL31K5PAN7 original spares produced by Scienitific-Columbus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 312096H04 by Revco and USP15K spares by Revere are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE360E3HD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rotech. |
