COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prosonic FDU85-PN1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Scaime products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schaer's product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Scaime such as the AG50C3SH5EF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL35023SN525K manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PU7824A by Manufacturer Schaer's as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sencon Brand 937106SS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as 2750153211 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TA1758 made by Sc as well as the popular IFL51811z original spares produced by Schmersal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RX494 by Rosemount and 2750153211 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CG2A22A1AS1E5M4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
