COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prosoft 5601-RIO-MCM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qualitrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reer such as the ASR905 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10466802 manufactured by Qualitrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Qualitrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGBT1875240T00 by Manufacturer Quick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FLBX6012S000C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quantai-Systems-Inc such as QMC8910 equipment made by Quantai-Systems-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quantai-Systems-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quantai-Systems-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1SU54003 made by Reliance as well as the popular C2250SR4 original spares produced by Quadrant Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GS1550DF by Pureaire and QMC8910 spares by Quantai-Systems-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14C106U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reiance. |
