COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prosense FMM50-1001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quartech-Corporation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reiance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rapiscan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quartech-Corporation such as the 9800ACAB00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14C106U manufactured by Reiance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reiance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2313994R2 by Manufacturer Rapiscan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 1YAB21479A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rattm-Motor such as TRH20 equipment made by Rattm-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rattm-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rattm-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FLBX1505S000C01 made by Quick as well as the popular REP5M6 original spares produced by Rbc-Bearings Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6485503 by Reliance and TRH20 spares by Rattm-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1L841668T1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
