COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Promess DSM4-11.3-20R.96-1AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 16MN365229 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6224716 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 01MAN88706 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quadrel-Laveling-Systems Brand T58329 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reis-Robotics such as 2956131 equipment made by Reis-Robotics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reis-Robotics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reis-Robotics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RAYMI310LTSCB8 made by Raytek as well as the popular 0518902 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FLBX4005S000C01 by Quick and 2956131 spares by Reis-Robotics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FGBT25120120T00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quick. |
