COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Progressive Automations PA-14-24-150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rm such as the e360408 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 03MAN54298 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FLBX1512S000C01 by Manufacturer Quick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 1KA581613RM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Red-Lion-Controls such as G315C210 equipment made by Red-Lion-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 01KAL made by Reliance as well as the popular G3BR10SOG3BR10S0 original spares produced by Red Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D2CATOPP1204G40D by Prominent and G315C210 spares by Red-Lion-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1025903003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raymond. |
