COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Progressive Automations PA-09-2-330 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ratio-Speed-Controller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pureaire parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Red product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ratio-Speed-Controller such as the NKT105E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GS1550DF manufactured by Pureaire and we are pleased to be able to service most Pureaire systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4610100 by Manufacturer Red as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 01KL591703VU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Promac such as DHT830 equipment made by Promac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DRIVE4003 made by Reis-Robotics as well as the popular Wafer original spares produced by Pws Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12GP18341701G by Reliance and DHT830 spares by Promac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 17DB847126T1WM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
