COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Progressive Automations PA-04-6-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rechner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rattmmotor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the G3BR10S1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90019122 manufactured by Rechner and we are pleased to be able to service most Rechner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Nema34 by Manufacturer Rattmmotor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rechner Brand KAS8014AM12PTFE100C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 01MAN96317 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6642V made by Protection-Controls as well as the popular 25609 original spares produced by Qti Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 84543108 by Reliance and 01MAN96317 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EC1380 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prosilica. |
