COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Progressive Automations FLTCON-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proteus-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prosoft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the MVI46DFNT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9WSEG30003 manufactured by Proteus-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Proteus-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVI69DFNT by Manufacturer Prosoft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FLBX6012SLV0C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Promation-Engineering such as P1A120N4 equipment made by Promation-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promation-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promation-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RAYIT5SFXWC made by Raytek as well as the popular 2533TLL1AL original spares produced by Pyragon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8500300103 by Promess and P1A120N4 spares by Promation-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WT3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quality-Import. |
