COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Progressive Automations FLT-03-2-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Psc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quad-Tech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the FLT11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG13 manufactured by Psc and we are pleased to be able to service most Psc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QT254150 by Manufacturer Quad-Tech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 0518934 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rechner such as 90019122 equipment made by Rechner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rechner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rechner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FLBX8012SLV0C01 made by Quick as well as the popular 1560PDP original spares produced by Prosoft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14C106U by Reiance and 90019122 spares by Rechner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WA7085 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Redkoh. |
