COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prognost FIL2/4C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horner-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the FPS2175 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE660CGM424A manufactured by Horner-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Horner-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HDD022W040NHD1201FW by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cegelec Brand GDS10044002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as IC693CPU364 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FX15PTPIX1AIBM1W2PN1C6B made by Dynics as well as the popular JANCDCG24DF8203003RevCOC0 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IO4810570000 by Seiki and IC693CPU364 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMS3S800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
