COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface QPI3200C2P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viewtronix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the WIOP1008D18DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XT1500 manufactured by Viewtronix and we are pleased to be able to service most Viewtronix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPK2D100L2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ac Brand E7RRL101000SE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as XBTE015010 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XBTNREQ3866G made by Schneider as well as the popular TB55650E50F05 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 802S20S1024 by Accu and XBTE015010 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT150P04P1CS03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vartech. |
