COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface QP27.0-LG31-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mesutronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the QPJ1D100L2P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TX05690 manufactured by Mesutronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Mesutronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FII430600 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 840B1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Windings-Inc such as w120a equipment made by Windings-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Windings-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Windings-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SU1739 made by Gm-Automation as well as the popular ZB5AZ103 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VisionV35035TA24P by Unitronics and w120a spares by Windings-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPS2110AC2P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control. |
