COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface PFXGE4401WAD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beijer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the GT1555HSQSBD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC50MTA250MAC50 manufactured by Beijer and we are pleased to be able to service most Beijer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711T10 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGM7G09AFC61SGD7S7R6A00A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fadal such as VMC20CNC88 equipment made by Fadal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fadal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fadal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PR101BD000000111ST made by Abb as well as the popular XBTGK2330 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2080LC5024QWB by Allen-Bradley and VMC20CNC88 spares by Fadal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BNS819B02D1261123B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
