COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface NT631C-ST151B-V2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cartessa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP4301TWPFXGP4301TADW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2711PK12C4D8 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C1359 by Manufacturer Cartessa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A20B20020300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Medar such as 8010399SO304920A equipment made by Medar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Medar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Medar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC50ML00920 made by Beijer as well as the popular SGM7G20AFC6CSGD7S180A00A original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XT0P08TV by M2i and 8010399SO304920A spares by Medar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XBTGT2120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
