COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP77R-TC11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rechner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reeves product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rechner such as the KAS40A14NKPTFE100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP70LG1124VA manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Adjustable by Manufacturer Reeves as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quarech-Corporation Brand 98ACAB10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Red such as TCU11000 equipment made by Red have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 540552435001 made by Rafi as well as the popular DF6507649 original spares produced by Rapistan Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NDS3330 by Queensgate and TCU11000 spares by Red are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QMC8910C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quantai-Systems. |
