COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP477R-EG11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Attro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC752WBB203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS6011 manufactured by Attro and we are pleased to be able to service most Attro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDA321503DPD01 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vickers Brand KBSDG4V392L12M1PE7H711 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as ICI5350120D8100 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JANCDDP07D made by Yaskawa as well as the popular JANCDFC250 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JW32CUM1 by Sharp and ICI5350120D8100 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KJ4001X1BE1KJ4001X1BA2C60NPS5RC24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount. |
