COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP470-ATTO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sharp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the M23JGD22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INX7C366TFT manufactured by Dynics and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LQ10S21E274HL683002741HL683 by Manufacturer Sharp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Maple-Systems Brand MAP450B003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Horner such as HELX300C100AA equipment made by Horner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MILACRONCNC made by Cincinnati as well as the popular INX6C400TFT original spares produced by Ann-Arbor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GT1695MXTBA by Mitsubishi and HELX300C100AA spares by Horner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC74F6PB31A400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
