COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP430XY21E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ramsey-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Red parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raster-Graphics-Inc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey-Technology such as the PCBA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LDD00400 manufactured by Red and we are pleased to be able to service most Red systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R75006 by Manufacturer Raster-Graphics-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prx Brand P3Z9ACT900W14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prosoft such as RLXICSG equipment made by Prosoft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prosoft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prosoft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 348090108 made by Pro-face as well as the popular RLXFHS original spares produced by Radiolinx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FLBX8012SLV0C01 by Quick and RLXICSG spares by Prosoft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QTermP40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Qsi. |
