COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP4106W1D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Entrelec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the LPFX16X61000C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INF120 manufactured by Entrelec and we are pleased to be able to service most Entrelec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JANCDOP1012 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Superior-Electric Brand IWS30SE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Monitech such as ML121CT7000 equipment made by Monitech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Monitech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Monitech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KSO30 made by Sig-Positec as well as the popular GT1675MSTDB original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP570TC3124V068003503 by Proface and ML121CT7000 spares by Monitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HENX251DM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner. |
