COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP4105G1D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Promeasure products, including obsoleted and phased-out Staubli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Soren-T.-Lyngso product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Promeasure such as the 4032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JC5 manufactured by Staubli and we are pleased to be able to service most Staubli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 960170010 by Manufacturer Soren-T.-Lyngso as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Unitronics Brand V12022UA2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as NT620CST141BE equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4030 made by Daytronic as well as the popular 637137 original spares produced by Toolex-Alpha Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EA1S3ML by Automation-Direct and NT620CST141BE spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RINT5611C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
