COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP377-SC1124V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 General-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power such as the T050QD1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGDV200A01A manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC600BF912K by Manufacturer General-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 7KG77500EA010AA0DD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toauto such as 130HS27DM2282 equipment made by Toauto have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toauto products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toauto" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGM7G44AFC6CSGD7S330A00A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular FX3U48MRESA original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGP3600T1D24 by Proface and 130HS27DM2282 spares by Toauto are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PT6C20D9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
