COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP377R-TC41-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Komatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Monitech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gould product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Komatsu such as the KOMATSUKDP5320CADISPLAYPANEL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML090QT3005S manufactured by Monitech and we are pleased to be able to service most Monitech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAP964000 by Manufacturer Gould as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand M34KLP22XX02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg such as LC25220 equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSX18T made by Christensen as well as the popular MAP522B003 original spares produced by Maple-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML104PT9000 by Hpm and LC25220 spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC752WFB202C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
