COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP370-SC41-24VP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fast parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Amicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the N3E0660M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLUM001 manufactured by Fast and we are pleased to be able to service most Fast systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PY321 by Manufacturer Amicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand AX510600000x00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Api such as DS3402dEC107 equipment made by Api have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Api products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Api" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A16B2202075005A made by Fanuc as well as the popular M1250B original spares produced by Ac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FIF1001C32 by Baldor and DS3402dEC107 spares by Api are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VS656MR5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
